Team-building plant workshop

Uniquely Rooted

A hands-on session where your group learns to notice what makes each plant different and connects those differences back to the team. Everyone leaves with a mixed planter. A low-pressure experience that works for offices, troops, and friend groups alike.

A collage of a plant workshop: a table set with pots and plants, a group of five adults smiling and holding their finished planters, and participants working together around a table with mixed plants

Why it works

Noticing, not competing

The session starts with observing plants. Each one is different and each one belongs. That becomes the metaphor for the team.

Hands-on and shared

Participants work together to arrange a mixed planter. The final pot holds multiple plants, chosen to represent the individuals in the group.

A gift with meaning

Everyone takes home their own planter with care instructions. The plant becomes a reminder of the conversation long after the event.
